Pauline graduated from ICAM (Institut Catholique des Arts & Métiers) in 2008 and has worked in production in companies in the food sector such as Cadbury, Kraft and Mondelez. A career path that she has enriched thanks to experiences in the fields of new product development, logistics and safety. Since 2017, Pauline has been in charge of packaging lines in Montaigu (Oiry, France). As manager of a team of 45 people, she passes on the know-how of production specific to the champagne business and monitors the performance of the production tools. In addition to her responsibilities, Pauline participates in the project to harmonize quality and traceability on all the Moët Hennessy Champagne Maison' packaging lines.
